Overview: In Rett MacPherson’s charming cozy mysteries, genealogist Torie O’Shea always seems to be right in the middle of it all in the goings-on in New Kassel, Missouri. Not bad, but not my favorite. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Just right down the middle.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
