Overview: Mulla Nasruddin – auch Nasreddin Hodscha – ist eine legendäre Gestalt der türkischen und persischen Tradition. Er ist in Deutschland als der „türkische Eulenspiegel“ mit seinen „Schelmenstreichen“ bekannt geworden. Somit ist Mulla Nasruddin das Urbild des „weisen Narren“, der unter der Maske des gesellschaftlichen Außenseiters und des Witzereißers die Wahrheit sagen oder eben die andere Seite der Dinge beleuchten darf. Er repräsentiert eine andere Logik als die seiner Mitmenschen. Im Grunde ist er der Visionär, der ein verändertes, fortentwickeltes Bewusstsein hat und deshalb als einziger die Dinge radikal wandeln könnte. I was pleasantly surprised. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
