Overview: The true story of Australia's SAS and the soldier who was there from the start.Clint Palmer has spent much of his adult life in the SAS and has fought in this elite military unit as it developed from its fledgling beginnings into the highly trained, specialised fighting force it is today. Glad someone recommended this to me. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Would probably read it again at some point.

A very satisfying read. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. A solid 5/5 for me.

It was okay. It had some good moments, but the overall plot felt a bit disjointed in the second half. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.
