Overview: A refugee seeking sanctuary from the horrors of Kristallnacht, Oskar arrives by ship in New York City with only a photograph and an address for an aunt he has never met. It was just alright. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Just right down the middle.

Really enjoyed this one. I got really invested in the main character's journey. Everything just clicked for me. Worth the time and money.
