Aducând prezentul în ceea ce simţim şi anulând identificarea cu corpuldurere, ne transformăm experienţa. Anularea identificării cu gândirea înseamnă să fim observatorii tăcuţi ai preocupărilor şi ai comportamentului nostru, dar mai ales ai tiparelor repetitive de gândire şi ai rolurilor jucate de către ego. În momentul în care încetează critica, prin acceptarea realităţii existente, ne eliberăm de minte, facem loc iubirii, bucuriei, păcii. Eckhart Tolle este considerat unul dintre cei mai originali şi mai inspiraţi călăuzitori spirituali ai timpului nostru. S-a născut în Germania, unde şi-a petrecut primii 13 ani din viaţă. După ce a absolvit Universitatea din Londra, a obţinut o bursă de cercetare la Universitatea Cambridge. Finished it in a couple of days. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Will be looking for more from this author.
