Akuntansi kreatif dan pemanfaatan tax loophole ini menjadi andalan manajemen perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan sekaligus penghematan pajak sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.Ilmu manajemen bisa dilihat dari seni dan sains.
