Jeffreys ofrece aqui no solo un extenso y detallado analisis de la situacion sino informacion precisa (con cifras sorprendentes) y denuncias de todo tipo. El negocio de la pornografia es muy fructifero y esta tan establecido que la prostitucion es ahora un sector significativo del mercado dentro de las economias nacionales segun la autora. Para apuntalar esta idea senala que la industria sexual en los Paises Bajos donde la prostitucion esta legalizada equivale al 5 del PBI anual. Las ganancias superarian el billon de dolares. A solid read. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Worth the time and money.
