Overview: This book consists of poetry I have written myself whilst overcoming the battle against Depression, Anxiety and Psychosis. After being sectioned with Psychosis in 2020 I was later diagnosed with Bipolar II in December 2022. Some of the poems are about my struggles with mania and depression so there is content in there that can be triggering to some. There are also a few uplifting poems that give readers hope that this condition can be managed and treated with medication and that life living with a mental health condition can get better.

Holly Noonan is the author of several novels. Originally from the East Coast, they now live in the Midwest with family. In addition to writing, Holly Noonan enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading way past bedtime. Their work often explores the complexities of everyday life and human relationships.

An average read for me. Some parts were interesting, while others were a bit of a slog to get through. Probably won't read it again, but it was an okay way to pass the time.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. A solid 4 stars from me.

Such a great read. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. A solid 5/5 for me.

I was pleasantly surprised. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Glad I picked this up.
