Dan bab-bab tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:Bab IBab I berisi tentang bagaimana bisnis berjalan tanpa ada kita. Saat ini banyak pebisnis yang terjebak pada situasi bisnis yang menjebak mereka pada sebuah kondisi dimana mereka tidak mempunyai waktu untuk kehidupan mereka. Padahal hakikat bisnis sebenarnya adalah berjalan tanpa ada diri kita sendiri.Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk memahami sistem bisnis. Dalam bab ini pembaca akan disuguhi pengertian sistem sebenarnya. Tidak hanya itu dalam bab ini juga dijelaskan bahwa betapa pentingnya visi dalam bisnis, yang mungkin tidak terlalu diperhatikan oleh beberapa UKM. Di bab ini juga ada beberapa contoh sistem dan visi dari beberapa perusahaan yang sudah maju. Dan bab ini sebagai pembuka dari bab-bab selanjutnya.Inti dari bab ini adalah bagaimana bisa mensistemkan perusahaan dengan baik. Dengan mencontohkan beberapa perusahaan yang sudah menggunakan sistem dengan pembaca diajak untuk melihat sistem bisnis sebenarnya. Bukan hanya sebuah teori atau pepesan kosong semata.Tidak hanya itu bab I juga menceritakan betapa pentingnya visi dan misi dalam perusahaan yang kita jalankan. Visi dapat menentukan arah perusahaan kita akan bermuara pada sebuah target, sedangkan misi adalah muatan terkecil dari kegiatan-kegiatan untuk mencapai sebuah visi. Kombinasi keduanya dapat memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaan kita bila secara berkala kita dapat mengerjakannya dengan baik.Bab II Bab II berisi tentang bagaiamana menyiapkan diri kita sebelum sistem berjalan. Ada beberapa hal-hal penting yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang entrepreneur sebelum bisnis berjalan dengan baik, kebanyakan dari pelaku UKM tidak menyiapkan dirinya secara maksimal ketika akan menjalankan bisnisnya, alhasil banyak kendala-kendala yang terjadi saat sistem bisnis berjalan. Inilah yang coba kami bahas dan kami ungkap pada para UKM, tujuan Bab II adalah sikap apa saja yang harus disiapkan sebelum mereka menyatu dengan sistem. Dengan konsep penggambaran dan beberapa contoh, kami mencoba mengungkap secara detail sikap yang harus dilakukan sebelum menyatu dalam sistem. Inti dari bab II adalah tentang persyaratan apa saja yang harus dipenuhi ketika seorang membuat sebuah sistem.
